Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, contact us, join the Solar Bloom letter, or submit a product review. This may include contact details, account identifiers, order history, shipping information, communication preferences, review text, ratings, and photos you choose to share.
How it is used
We use information to provide and secure accounts, process and fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the storefront, meet legal obligations, and send requested marketing messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Storefront measurement
We measure product-page views, carousel activity, basket additions, and checkout progress with a first-party random identifier stored for the browser session. These records contain the product or carousel selection, interaction type, quantity, and time. They exclude your name, email, account ID, address, payment details, free-form text, and advertising identifiers. This helps us understand which rituals are useful and where the purchase experience needs care.
Service providers
Solar Bloom uses service providers for identity, payments, hosting, databases, email, and fulfillment. Clerk handles authentication, Stripe handles payment information, and payment-card details stay with Stripe and outside the Solar Bloom database. Storefront measurement is collected directly by Solar Bloom rather than an advertising analytics network.
Retention and security
Anonymous storefront activity is retained for 13 months. Account and order information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements. We use access controls, signed webhooks, encrypted transport, and provider security features to reduce risk. Absolute security remains an industry-wide aspiration.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, or ask a privacy question, through Private Member Care in your account. We may need to verify the request before acting. For account access, begin with the recovery options on the sign-in page.
